Youth Social Worker: RHY Case Manager & Counselor
Rising Ground
Rising Ground is seeking a full-time social worker in New York who will support youth in the Runaway and Homeless Youth programs. This role includes conducting assessments, case management, and providing therapeutic services. Candidates must hold an MSW degree, and LMSW or LCSW licensing is preferred.
