Arterial Regional Sales Manager - Northern West Region - Peripheral Vascular

Responsibilities

Lead and develop account managers while supporting regional program development and strategic initiatives
Own regional revenue targets, forecasts, and execute business plans to expand market share
Analyze market trends, competition, and pipeline opportunities to identify growth areas
Recruit, onboard, develop, and retain talent; provide coaching and address performance gaps
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and ethical standards across the region

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
Minimum 6+ years medical device sales experience
3+ years medical device sales leadership experience preferred
Strong leadership, coaching, and presentation skills
Solid business acumen with financial and commercial understanding
Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems
Knowledge of peripheral vascular products and competitive landscape preferred

Compensation: $175,000 base + commission and bonuses + benefits
