Regional Sales Manager

Regional Sales ManagerThe position is responsible for overseeing sales, promoting company services/products, and establishing relationships and contact points to existing/potential customers as the trusted sales advisor for the assigned territory/region.Duties and ResponsibilitiesMeeting or exceeding the agreed upon quotaQuote, negotiate, and evaluate sales potential of individual productsManaging sales territoryGenerating and managing sales leads including leads from website, search engines, trade shows, referrals and personal networksAccurately forecasting salesManage expenses associated with salesCommunicating industry intelligenceFacilitating customer needs and requirementsQualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree preferred, HS diploma/GED requiredExperience: 5+ years sales experience required, 2+ years of athletic or educational sales preferredCourses/Certifications/Training:Superior written, verbal, and negotiation/sales skills, Industry knowledge preferredOther DetailsTravel: 75%Location: Southwest Region (Sacramento)Bonus Plan: CommissionsBenefits: Health, dental, vision, 401k, life, STD/LTD, etc.…
