Learning Leader - Customer Experience

Responsibilities Develop and deliver effective employee onboarding, ensuring speed to competency. Organize learning materials and create and update processes. Develop content and instructional design solutions. Support the Customer Experience Department in training, content and onboarding. Lead and develop a high‑performing team of functional trainers. Lead the transition to new technologies, ensuring alignment and collaboration across teams. Establish accurate methods for content delivery, employee onboarding, and continuous learning deployment. Define and execute an instructional design strategy aligned with organizational goals. Redesign the employee onboarding and functional training delivery model. Travel 25%. Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of experience in training, content creation, instructional design, or training management. Proven track record of leadership and experience leading people, trainers and other staff. Experience in project and change management. Proficiency in software tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. Benefits Work from home or in a local service center.
