Responsible for overseeing event setup, and ensuring all details are within Hyatt standards and client requirements. Coordinate with the kitchen and stewarding departments with food and beverage event needs. Ensure food and beverage presentation meet the Hyatt Hotels standards. Direct Event Services staff throughout the event, and ensuring an excellent customer service experience. Anticipate any issues and/or resolving complaints from guests in a timely manger Maintain communication with clients throughout the duration of the event or function, ensuring satisfaction. Ensure health and safety compliances at all times. Able to work well under pressure. Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Qualifications Your experience: 2 years minimum Event Services / Banquet Captain experience.
