As a Material Handler, you will maintain production and distribution of products by pulling orders from inventory, delivering production materials, and resupplying for other workers on production lines As a PeopleReady associate you'll benefit from: Next-day pay for many of our open positions The choice of long-term positions for steady work or short-term positions for extra cash Pay Rate: The pay rate for this job is $17 - $17 / hour* What you'll be doing as a Material Handler: Accurately fill designated containers with chemical blends Ensuring proper measurements and avoiding spills or contamination Properly label containers before filling ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met Inspect filled containers to verify they meet weight, volume, and labeling specifications Maintain accurate records of all filled containers, lot numbers, and work orders Assist in tracking material usage and reporting any discrepancies in inventory or production Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient work environment Properly store materials and equipment to maintain a safe and productive workspace Available shifts: Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day) Job requirements: Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady Adhere to all OSHA regulations, company policies and environmental safety guidelines High School diploma or equivalent Ability to follow written procedures and safety guidelines with precision Strong attention to detail and commitment to ensuring quality at every step of the process Basic mechanical aptitude for operating filling equipment Ability to lift 50lbs+ Ability to stand for extended periods of time Background check required Ready to take control of the way you work? #PriL PeopleReady considers all applicants for employment regardless of background, in compliance with applicable laws regarding fair hiring practices.
