Position Summary:
A prestigious firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal with a strong background supporting complex and commercial litigation practice areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 5 years of litigation paralegal experience (complex or commercial litigation strongly preferred).
- Ethics: Must adhere to all ethical standards as outlined in the applicable Rules of Professional Conduct .
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in cite checking in accordance with The Bluebook ; experience with Best Authority is required.
- Strong working knowledge of document management systems and electronic court filing platforms (ECF and comparable systems).
- Communication & Writing: Excellent written communication skills with the ability to proofread for context, grammar, and accuracy.
- Organization: Exceptional attention to detail , organizational, and file management skills are essential.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
