Paralegal PositionBack Bay Staffing Group is seeking a Paralegal in the Metro Washington, DC area for our Fortune 500 company client. The duties and responsibilities include:Drafting legal documents for attorney review;Organizing and loading documents to various databases;Preparing notices of investigations to involved parties;Coordinating deposition preparations;Managing attorney calendars;Organizing and maintaining case files.Performing case research using CaseMap, PACER, Concordance, Westlaw, LexisNexis, and Relativity;Requires Paralegal certificate from accredited school. An equivalent level of legal training may be substituted upon review.One year of litigation paralegal experience; trial experience helpful.Must have basic legal training or experience, including knowledge of standard legal citation to cite check legal motions and memorandum.Excellent written and oral communication skills.
