Corporate Paralegal

Green Key is partnering with an established organization to identify a Corporate Paralegal to join its Legal team in Bethesda, MD. This role will provide support across a variety of corporate governance, litigation, regulatory compliance, licensing, and legal operations matters. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with internal teams, outside counsel, vendors, and government agencies. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain organized electronic legal files, workflows, databases, and tracking systems. Support corporate governance and legal department documentation. Assist with licensing processes, including tracking applications, renewals, filings, and regulatory submissions. Review legal documentation and correspondence for accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Support litigation and compliance-related activities, including document organization and information gathering. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve routine legal and administrative matters. Assist with regulatory and compliance documentation and deadline tracking. Serve as a liaison between the Legal Department and internal business teams, outside counsel, vendors, and government agencies. Coordinate meetings and maintain calendars as needed. Prepare and process expense reports and other administrative documentation. Handle confidential communications and sensitive legal information with discretion. Support special projects and other Legal Department initiatives as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. 2–4 years of paralegal experience, ideally within a law firm or corporate legal department. Experience supporting corporate, regulatory, compliance, licensing, or litigation matters. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Experience with document management systems; Relativity, Concordance, or similar platforms is a plus. Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally. Strong judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.
