Total Wine & More is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join our Legal team in Bethesda, MD. You will support governance, licensing, litigation, and regulatory compliance while coordinating with internal teams, external counsel, vendors, and agencies. You will handle electronic file systems, licensing workflows, and administrative duties, with 1–4 years paralegal experience and strong Excel and document-management skills.
