Job Description:**Vehicle Repair & Maintenance*** Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance services in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and dealership standards.* Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns using appropriate tools, equipment, and diagnostic systems.* Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently while documenting findings, recommendations, and completed work.* Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, brake services, fluid checks, and other assigned repairs.* Conduct quality checks to help ensure repairs are completed safely and properly.**Operational Excellence*** Maintain productivity and efficiency standards established by dealership leadership.* Communicate repair needs, parts requirements, and repair updates with Service Advisors and service department personnel.* Maintain proper care and organization of tools, equipment, and work areas.* Follow all dealership, manufacturer, and safety procedures.* Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe shop environment.**Professional Development & Team Support*** Participate in manufacturer training, certifications, and ongoing development opportunities.* Stay current on evolving automotive technology, repair procedures, and diagnostic practices.* Support a collaborative and team-oriented service department culture.* Assist other technicians and team members as needed to support operational success and customer satisfaction.**Professional Standards*** Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong attendance record.* Support dealership standards related to professionalism, compliance, safety, and customer care.* Handle customer and company vehicles responsibly and safely.Purdy Benefits:* Competitive Compensation* Medical, Dental, & Vision insurance plans* 401(k) with company-match* Paid-time-off (PTO)## QualificationsQualifications:* High school diploma or equivalent required.* Previous automotive maintenance, technical training, or related experience preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.* Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required. #J-18808-Ljbffr Purdy Hyundai
