Travel RN - Operating Room

American Traveler is hiring an RN OR Circulator with at least 1 year of OR experience for a day-shift position requiring an active NC or compact RN license.

Job Details

• Operating Room unit within a 355-bed acute care hospital,
• 13-bed surgical suite supporting adult patients with minimal pediatric (outpatient only) cases,
• Patient ratio of 1:1,
• Day shift schedule of four 10-hour shifts, 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM,
• On-call required on weekends only, approximately 7 days per month including Friday, Saturday and Sunday,
• Uses Cerner EHR,
• Utilizes robotics (Davinci), Mako, Holmium Laser, and Hana table equipment,
• No floating required,

Job Requirements

• Active RN license (NC or compact) required,
• Current AHA certifications required,
• Minimum of 1 year of OR experience required,
• Ortho or Neuro experience preferred,
• ADN or BSN required,
• Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration,

Additional Information

• Facility includes Brain Center, Cancer Center, Heart Center, Lung Center, Orthopedics, General & Vascular Surgery, Surgical Weight Loss, Women's Center, and Level 3 NICU,
• No scrub color requirement as the facility provides a scrub machine,
• Outside attire not laundered by the hospital is not acceptable,
• Candidates must live 60 miles or greater from the facility to be considered for travel rate,
• Candidates cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months,
• Candidates cannot be employed elsewhere full time,
• First-time travelers may be considered
