Client Care Specialist

Description Position Summary The Client Care Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional service to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that all clients have a positive experience with the company. The role involves communicating directly with clients through various channels (e.g., phone, email, chat) and acting as the liaison between clients and internal teams to meet clients' needs. Working Conditions Full‑time positions (40 hours per week) Work schedule may require flexibility based on client needs.
