Plasma Center Operations & Compliance Manager

B Positive Plasma - Wilmington is seeking a Center Manager to oversee daily operations, donor flow, and regulatory compliance at our Delaware facility. You will ensure product integrity, maintain SOPs, coordinate staff, and support quality assurance audits. Responsibilities include staff onboarding and training, inventory management, equipment validation, and responding to center issues.
