Revenue Operations Associate

Detail-oriented and numbers-driven, the full-time Revenue Operations Associate will manage invoicing, contract setup, and collections for the Purview business unit in a remote capacity, ensuring accuracy and integrity in billing and accounts receivable processes. Key Responsibilities Generate and issue accurate invoices, manage billing cycles, and set up new client contracts Track accounts receivable, perform collections outreach, and meet defined KPIs for invoicing and collections performance Field client requests for account changes and maintain accurate records across billing and CRM systems Required Qualifications Detail-oriented with a strong numbers orientation and high personal accountability for accuracy Good to great Excel skills, including comfort with formulas and data organization Analytical mindset with the curiosity to identify trends and opportunities for improvement Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional client interactions Self-sufficient and organized, capable of managing deadlines and KPI-driven work
