Physical Therapist (PT)

Location: Fresno, CA (On-site) Job Type: Full-Time Clinic Setting: Outpatient orthopedic physical therapy practice.

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience providing patient-centered care across a variety of clinical settings, including outpatient, inpatient, hospital, and home health environments.

In this role, you will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, and collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve the best possible patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, function, and overall quality of life.
• Treat a diverse patient population, including orthopedic, geriatric, and pediatric patients.
• Coordinate discharge planning and transitional care to ensure continuity of treatment.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation using Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) systems.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation programs, injury prevention, and wellness strategies.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated patient care.
• Stay current with industry best practices and participate in continuing education opportunities.

Qualifications

Required

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the State of California.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and evidence-based physical therapy practices.
• Experience developing and implementing individualized care plans.
• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Open to hiring new graduates.

Schedule

• Four 10-hour shifts per week • Monday through Thursday only • Approximately 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM • No weekends • No on-call responsibilities • Consistent three-day weekends every week
