Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Med Surg Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 19:00 - 07:30 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 1+ years License: Required RN license in Tennessee Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH Must-Have Skills/Experience: MS/Tele experience IV insertion Description: Providing quality health care for over 60 years. The facility employs more than 1,000 staff members and 300 physicians. It is fully accredited and governed by a local board of trustees. The organization is a significant non-government employer in the area. This is a 167-bed healthcare facility with Level III Trauma Center status. All clinical staff must undergo specific state checks prior to the start date. There is a requirement for checks against the Abuse Registry. The nursing unit serves all ages of patients. The unit profile includes a combination of medical-surgical services. Patient care ratios are maintained for effective delivery of healthcare. The specified equipment includes Omnicell for medication dispensing and electronic health records. Professionals in this role must maintain a professional demeanor. Dress code includes scrubs of any color, with no casual wear permitted. This position is a replacement for permanent staff.
