About the Role As a Tower Ambassador, you will ensure seamless food order deliveries arrive properly for our eaters—receiving and arranging them in their offices. You will organize, pick up, and transport food orders with accurate scanning and smart handoffs, acting as the primary customer contact for eaters and the main point of contact with office managers. What You'll Do Deliver orders to specified locations within the building. Act as the primary customer contact for office eaters. Organize orders on shelves or designated locations. Serve as the reliable face of our business, building community bridge between Picnic and eaters. Coordinate with drivers, receive orders, and ensure timely delivery. Qualifications Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and navigate stairs. Ownership of an iPhone or Android smartphone. Effective communication skills in person and electronically. Proficiency in English.
