Job Responsibilities Perform diagnostic tests on vehicles to identify issues and recommend necessary repairs. Complete routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections. Repair and replace vehicle components, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems. Utilize state‑of‑the‑art tools and equipment to ensure accurate and efficient repairs. Collaborate with team members and service advisors to provide excellent customer service. Keep up‑to‑date records of all maintenance and repair work performed. Requirements Previous experience as an automotive technician or mechanic is required. General Motors (GM) experience is preferred but not necessary. Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills. Proficient in using automotive repair tools and equipment. Valid NYS driver’s license is a must. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high‑quality work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
