We are seeking an experienced Escrow Officer to manage residential real estate transactions from contract to closing.  The ideal candidate will have experience handling builder accounts, managing high transaction volumes, and coordinating with buyers, lenders, realtors, and title professionals to ensure smooth and successful closings.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage escrow transactions from opening through funding and closing
• Prepare and review Closing Disclosures and ALTA Settlement Statements in compliance with CFPB/TRID and RESPA guidelines
• Review purchase contracts, surveys, title commitments, lender instructions, legal descriptions, and related documents
• Open new files and order required documentation, including HOA certificates, tax certificates, surveys, and other closing requirements
• Work closely with the title department to resolve title issues and obtain lien releases when necessary
• Maintain and manage a high-volume pipeline while meeting critical deadlines
• Communicate regularly with builders, buyers, lenders, real estate agents, and other stakeholders
• Prepare escrow and title documents for closing and ensure accuracy of all transactions
• Conduct in-person closings and explain lender and closing documents to buyers
• Coordinate funding, disbursements, wire transfers, and issuance of checks
• Prepare and ship lender packages and closing documents
• Electronically record documents and coordinate final title policy preparation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required

• 3+ years of Escrow Officer experience
• Prior experience managing builder accounts and residential real estate closings
• Strong knowledge of escrow processes from start to finish
• Experience preparing Closing Disclosures and ALTA Settlement Statements
• Active Florida Notary Public
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to manage a high-volume workload while maintaining accuracy
• High School Diploma or equivalent
