Workers' Compensation Attorney

About the Role: We’re looking for a motivated attorney to handle a variety of cases, represent clients in hearings and negotiations, and drive successful case outcomes. You’ll work alongside a collaborative team of attorneys and staff while enjoying a supportive and growth-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of workers’ compensation matters from inception to resolution Represent clients in depositions Draft and review pleadings, motions, and other legal documents Conduct case evaluations, settlement negotiations, and provide legal advice Stay current with workers’ compensation and employment law developments Collaborate with firm leadership and team members on case strategies What We’re Looking For: Experience in workers' compensation is preferred, but training is provided.
