Deliver individualized speech therapy sessions that encompass communication, language skills, fluency, and swallowing therapies.

Work alongside physical therapists, occupational therapists, physicians, caregivers, and families to ensure a unified approach to patient care.

Educate patients and their families to bolster progress outside clinical settings.

Support occasional inpatient speech therapy assessments and interventions, providing seamless continuity of care.

Keep precise and timely records in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Remain engaged with the latest advances in practice through continued education and collaboration with peers.

A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a nationally accredited institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet certified by ASHA.

Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Expertise in evidence-based treatment practices suitable for all ages, with proficiency in managing developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, capable of building strong relationships with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Adept at adjusting therapeutic techniques to cater to cultural and linguistic diversity.

Strong problem-solving skills and clinical judgment.

Familiarity with electronic medical records and documentation protocols.
