Technician

We’re looking for a Service Technician who thrives on solving problems and delivering exceptional customer service for our team in Pasco, WA . What will you do? Work independently or as part of a team to deliver exceptional service. Perform HVAC system testing. Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and mechanical issues. Assist with installation and commissioning of building automation systems. Communicate effectively with customers and team members. Follow all safety standards and processes. Climb ladders and work in tight spaces when needed. Perform warranty services. What skills and capabilities will make you successful? Customer‑friendly, reliable, and eager to learn. Familiarity with HVAC systems (Package units, split systems, RTUs, mini‑splits). Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work safely and efficiently. Compensation and Benefits : For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $65,000 - $75,000 per year, which includes base pay and short‑term incentive. The full‑time position applies to candidates located in the United States.
