As an Executive Director, you will be instrumental in managing daily operations, overseeing aquatic programming, supervising staff, engaging with the community, and ensuring the safety of the facility. Job Title: Executive Director Pay Range: $33000 - $35000 Shift: Flexible Hours What's the Job? Lead daily operations of the community pool, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning Develop and oversee aquatic programming that promotes health, fitness, and community engagement Supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance management Engage with community members and organizations to foster partnerships and promote programs Maintain facility safety standards and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations What's Needed?
