• Experience: Recent dialysis experience, Tablo machine experience, home health or chronic care experience strongly preferred

What You'll Do

• Train patients on the use of the Tablo Hemodialysis System for home dialysis
• Guide patients through treatment setup, operation, and troubleshooting
• Monitor patient competency and safety during home treatment sessions
• Provide ongoing education and reinforcement for patients
• Collaborate with clinic teams for seamless care coordination
• Document training progress and patient outcomes accurately
• Manage a patient training load of 2-3 patients daily

What You Need

• Required:
  • Active RN license in Texas
  • Recent dialysis experience
  • Experience with the Tablo Hemodialysis System
  • Strong communication and patient education skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage training schedules
• Preferred:
  • Home health or chronic care experience
