About the Role:
Join ERGOMET INC PRECISION SHEET METAL MFG CO as a Silk Screening Specialist in Ward Hill, MA, where innovation meets craftsmanship. This exciting role offers you the opportunity to work with high-quality sheet metal parts, bringing designs to life through precision silk screening.

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate silk screening tools for various sheet metal parts.
Prepare screens and inks according to job specifications and color matching requirements.
Inspect printed parts for quality assurance and adherence to specifications.
Collaborate with design teams to ensure accurate reproduction of graphics and logos.
Maintain equipment and workspace to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
Adjust printing parameters to optimize production efficiency and quality.
Document production processes and track inventory of materials used.
Assist in training new team members on silk screening techniques and safety protocols.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in silk screening is a plus.
1-3 years of experience in silk screening or related manufacturing processes.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise specifications.
Familiarity with silk screening inks and materials.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
Basic mechanical aptitude for equipment setup and maintenance.
Commitment to safety and quality standards in manufacturing.
