Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree required
• SLP Certification or SLPA license with preference for school-based experience
• Prior schools experience working with K-8 students
• Familiarity with AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) devices
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to K-8 students with varying needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with school personnel
• Conduct assessments, document progress, and adjust interventions as needed
• Deliver support for students utilizing AAC technology
