Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Valid state SLP licensure (or eligibility) in Pennsylvania
• Previous experience in a school-based setting, especially with low incidence populations, is highly valued
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Ability to develop and implement IEPs
• Commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive practices

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ language, articulation, and communication abilities using standardized tools
• Design individualized intervention plans for students within the Low Incidence Program
• Work closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to support each student’s goals
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
• Maintain timely, accurate records of student progress and treatment outcomes
• Provide both direct and consultative services as needed, adapting to the needs of diverse learners
