About the Position

Job Title: Clinical Services Associate Profession: Clinical Services Associate Specialty: Internal Medicine Duration: Temporary, with potential for permanent placement Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Experience: Minimum years of experience not specified License: Not specified Certifications: Not specified Must-Have: Experience with EKGs and injections is preferred. Description: The position is to cover for leave. It may be considered temporary to permanent for the right candidate. Responsibilities include performing EKGs, administering injections, and rooming patients. Candidates will also handle patient calls and booking appointments. Other responsibilities will be assigned as needed, including front desk coverage. Training will consist of a 5-hour EMR training session before the start date. A 15-minute HIPAA training module is also required. Further training includes a 4-day scheduling training conducted a few weeks post-start. Candidates should be prepared for virtual interviews. Candidates with EPIC experience will be given preference. Compliance requirements must be completed promptly upon acceptance of the position.
