About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Ecommerce to lead the online growth of its two major brands. The successful candidate will be responsible for DTC revenue architecture, performance marketing, email and SMS lifecycle marketing, analytics and measurement infrastructure, and B2B and international commerce. This role demands a strategic leader with a proven track record in conversion rate improvement, AOV growth, and enterprise replatforming. The VP of Ecommerce will be at the forefront of the company's digital transformation, with a singular mission to build two $100M ecommerce engines. The role requires a hands-on approach to problem-solving, a profit-first mentality, and the ability to lead a team through a remote-to-in-person transition. The ideal candidate will be a growth hacker, with a focus on GMV and brand-awareness, and will be expected to deliver real value by driving the company's digital revenue to new heights. Applicants for the VP of Ecommerce position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of ecommerce experience, with at least 4 years' in a senior leadership role. A strong background in consumer electronics, mobile accessories, or a related category is a plus. The role demands a candidate who is analytical, data-driven, and can demonstrate a personal track record of success in performance marketing. The VP of Ecommerce will be expected to own the full analytics stack, build and manage a team, and partner with cross-functional leaders to ensure the company's digital presence is optimized for both DTC and B2B. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, with a focus on continuous improvement, and will be able to attribute outcomes to their own actions.
