Se requiere experiencia previa en liderazgo.
Supervisor - Requisitos Generales:
- Disponible para trabajar en todos los turnos segn lo requiera la empresa (de lunes a sbado, de 5:45 a. m. a 11:00 p. m.)
- Debe tener 18 aos de edad o ms
- Organiza el flujo de trabajo a travs de profesionales de la hostelera
- Capacidad para realizar mltiples tareas con una actitud positiva automotivada
- Debe tener un sentido de urgencia en un entorno acelerado
- Siempre mantiene a su equipo comprometido en el servicio al husped, es un conector de personas y ejerce su influencia para mejorar el rendimiento y la moral del equipo.
- Monitorea el desempeo del negocio a lo largo de su da asignado
- Responsable del estado interior y exterior del restaurante.
- Agrega valor a la cultura y contribuye a los objetivos y la visin del negocio
- Desarrolla a los miembros del equipo de acuerdo con nuestro modelo profesional de hospitalidad
- Puede comprender y articular la visin en general de la organizacin y de Chick-fil-A
- Debe ser entrenable
- Capacidad para realizar mltiples tareas con una actitud positiva automotivada con un sentido de urgencia en un entorno acelerado
- Sirve a los huspedes y compaeros de equipo con honor, dignidad y respeto
- 2 referencias requeridas
