Title: Tech Lead - AI
\nDuration: Long Term
\nLocation: Washington, DC 20433
\nHybrid Onsite: 4 days per week from Day 1, with a full transition to 100% onsite anticipated soon
\n \nMust have- Minimum 8 years of USA experience required.
\n \nThe client is looking for an AI Tech Lead with 10+ years of software engineering experience and a strong background in both AI and application development . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing and delivering enterprise-grade AI/Generative AI solutions while also being capable of leading technical teams.
\n \nMust-Have Skills:
\n- \n
- 10+ years of software engineering/application development experience. \n
- Strong development background in .NET/C#/Python, and JavaScript/TypeScript . \n
- 5+ years of Azure/AWS Cloud and modern application architecture. \n
- Hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini, Azure OpenAI). \n
- Experience building Agentic AI and RAG solutions. \n
- Hands-on with LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, MCP , or similar frameworks. \n
- Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, AKS, Containers, Cosmos DB, SQL, REST APIs, and Microservices . \n
Proven experience leading engineering teams and delivering projects using Agile/Scrum .
