Conduct evaluations across pediatric, adult, and geriatric demographics utilizing standardized assessments and observational methods.

Create tailored treatment plans targeting both immediate and enduring communication, cognitive, or swallowing goals.

Deliver individualized speech therapy aimed at enhancing communication, language skills, fluency, voice quality, and swallowing functions.

Collaborate effectively with colleagues across disciplines, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, nursing staff, physicians, families, and caregivers to devise integrated care plans.

Provide comprehensive education to patients and their families to reinforce progress beyond the clinical setting.

Participate in occasional inpatient assessments and interventions, ensuring cohesive treatment throughout the recovery process.

Maintain timely and accurate documentation conforming to state, federal, and organizational regulations.

Engage in continuous learning to remain at the forefront of the field through ongoing education and collaboration with peers.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Successful completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not ASHA-certified.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Expertise in evidence-based treatment methodologies across all age groups, along with a comprehensive understanding of speech, language, and swallowing disorders both developmental and acquired.

Outstanding interpersonal communication capabilities with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Capacity to tailor therapy techniques to accommodate varied cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
