In-Home Behavioral Health Specialist (Trauma-Informed)
Georgia Families In Transition
Georgia Families In Transition is seeking a Behavioral Health Paraprofessional to deliver in-home mental health skill-building for children, adolescents, and adults. You will work with a multidisciplinary team, maintain documentation such as BIRP notes, and ensure consistent services while traveling to client homes across Gwinnett County and neighboring areas.
The role is full-time with a minimum of 25 billable hours weekly; supervision is provided, and a focus on trauma-informed approaches is
