You have a proven UGC and short-form track record. At least 3 years making TikTok, Instagram Reels or UGC videos for brands or businesses. Links to 3–5 videos you made yourself, on TikTok, Instagram or Drive. No PDFs, and no team projects where you can’t say exactly what your part was. Tixta is an AI content platform for aesthetic and plastic surgery practices. We turn a clinic’s before-and-afters into a steady stream of videos posted across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn, so social media becomes the practice’s top source of new patients. We’re hiring the creative leader who makes their content impossible to scroll past. Your mission is simple: make videos that stop the scroll and bring in patients. What you’ll do Create content for our done-for-you clients using our AI software, plus tools like Higgsfield, CapCut and Canva, then publish across all their channels. Turn before-and-afters into high-performing videos: hooks, transitions, music, captions and trends. Create fresh content from scratch for practices with few cases of their own: educational, trend and brand videos. Decide what’s good and what isn’t. Set the creative standard and say no to content that won’t perform. Track what works: views, saves, follows and leads. Double down on the winners. Shape our product. Your feedback goes straight into how our AI creates videos. Work side by side with our managers in our Miami office. What you bring 2+ years creating short-form video for social media, ideally in beauty, aesthetics, wellness or fashion. A portfolio of TikTok and Instagram Reels with real results to show. Expert in CapCut, Canva and Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects , and hands-on with AI tools like Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, Veo, Midjourney and ElevenLabs A sharp eye for trends, hooks and what makes people stop scrolling. The ability to produce a high volume of content without the quality dropping. An understanding of medical advertising: you know real patient results and AI-simulated content must be clearly labeled.
