Senior Digital Designer

Lead creative, design, and digital production for The Webster’s marketing needs in a hands-on role based in Miami Beach. Responsibilities Design digital marketing assets using an omnichannel approach Balance brand expression with commercial performance by centering conversion, merchandising, and the customer journey Execute creative and digital production for campaign launches, including newsletters, website home pages, occasional social media content, OOH ads, and paid ads Occasionally create print and digital collateral for events, plus retail signage and internal team decks Protect The Webster’s visual and verbal identity across retail, digital, marketing, events, and packaging to ensure consistency Maintain creative guardrails , templates, and company-wide brand standards Own the quality of deliverables while managing time and priorities and staying responsive to direction from your supervisor Collaborate with the Social Media Manager and Digital Strategists to ensure visual direction and brand voice in photo and asset production Partner with Creative Production , Brand Partnerships , Merchandising , and Engineering to align brand storytelling and visual execution with customer experience and goals Requirements 4+ years of experience in digital design, ideally in marketing, retail, and/or e-commerce Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end digital design with strong attention to detail Strong foundation in typography , layout , and visual storytelling Motion design, content creation, and building experience-building assets with AI are a bonus Ability to connect design decisions to business goals and customer needs Interest in fashion , art , and/or culture Proficiency with Figma , InDesign , Illustrator , and Photoshop Experience with Shopify , Klaviyo , and Monday is a bonus Graphic design degree or visual design background Location and Role Location: Miami Beach, FL (onsite) Job type: Contract Reports to: Head of Digital Content Tools & Technologies Figma InDesign Illustrator Photoshop Shopify Klaviyo Monday #J-18808-Ljbffr Designer Jobs
