To support the development of advanced AI systems, the temporary remote Content Specialist will lead the evaluation and refinement of AI models, conducting hands-on experiments and providing critical feedback to enhance product quality and user experience. Key responsibilities Lead the evaluation and refinement of cutting-edge AI models and products, contributing directly to their quality and performance Conduct hands-on experiments with new model versions and document model successes and failures for actionable insights Assess model responses against defined rubrics and quality benchmarks, offering critical feedback and crafting system prompts to shape AI behavior Required qualifications 5+ years of professional experience in a relevant content-focused field such as writing, editing, or linguistics 1+ year of hands-on experience working directly with AI models, including prompting and evaluation A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience Demonstrated strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly Proven fact-checking expertise, including verifying claims and conducting thorough investigations
