Right at Home, In-Home Care & Assistance is seeking to hire Caregivers and train them to become Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our dynamic care team. You can make a difference in your career by helping people stay in the comfort of their homes.

Essential functions:

• Perform personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living, including but not limited to:
• Personal Hygiene
• Ambulation/Transfers
• Dressing/Shaving
• Preparing meals and snacks according to instructions
• Accompanying patients on errands or medical appointments
• Performing light housekeeping activities
• Perform patient-specific activities taught by a Right at Home nurse, including but not limited to:
• Providing hospice supportive care
• Medication reminders
• Assisting with prescribed range of motion exercises
• Care of bed-bound patients
• Incontinence care
• Using lifting equipment such as gait belts and Hoyer lifts

Preferred experience:

• Hoyer lift
• Personal care
• Range of Motion Exercises
• Foley care
• Companionship
• Light cleaning
• Fluent in English is essential

Referral Bonus: $50 Referral Bonus if you refer a friend who works 6 months at 20 hours per week or 480 hours of work.

Compensation: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
