Remote Subcontracts Specialist - Government Contracts

Serco

Serco is seeking a Subcontracts Administrator to join our Human Resources team in a hybrid/remote role across the U.S. You will support pricing/proposal activities, negotiate subcontracts, and manage subcontract performance to ensure compliance with government contracting standards. Responsibilities include leading negotiations, award actions, and closeout of subcontracts, with emphasis on FAR/DFAR compliance and timely execution. #J-18808-Ljbffr
