Warehouse Manager

Position Summary Plan, direct, or coordinate transportation, storage, or distribution activities in accordance with organizational policies and applicable government laws or regulations. Essential Duties and Functions Schedule or monitor pickup, delivery or distribution of products or materials. Inspect physical conditions of warehouses, vehicle fleets, or equipment and order maintenance or repairs. Plan, develop or implement warehouse safety and security programs and activities. Review invoices, work orders or demand forecasts to estimate peak delivery periods and to issue work assignments. Supervise the activities of workers engaged in receiving, storing, and shipping products or materials. Train warehouse personnel. Respond to customers' or shippers' questions and complaints regarding storage and distribution services. Confer with branch personnel to coordinate warehouse activities. Other Duties and Responsibilities Other duties as assigned. Technology Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Competent with Microsoft Teams. Competent in MoverSuite. Competent in warehousing inventory control system. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED). 3+ years related work experience. Forklift Certified. Qualifications Annual Safety – A safety bonus of $500.00 will be earned if the branch has no accidents reported within the warehouse. (33.33%) Warehouse Claims ratio – A warehouse claims ratio bonus of $500.00 will be earned provided the branch has a warehouse claims ratio of less than 3% as measured by Atlas. (33.33%) Military Warehouse Inspections – A military inspection bonus of $500.00 will be earned provided a score of 90% or above on each military inspection done within the calendar year.
