Key Responsibilities:

- Dispute Resolution: Skillfully handle arbitration and mediation sessions, navigating through complex legal scenarios with ease.

- Research & Evidence Gathering: Conduct comprehensive legal research and compile critical evidence to bolster cases.

- Document Preparation: Meticulously prepare and review legal documents to guarantee precision, efficacy, and compliance.

- Leadership & Mentoring: Guide and support our team of paralegals and legal assistants, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

- Innovation: Encourage creative and strategic thinking to devise innovative solutions to legal challenges.

Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in plaintiff's personal injury law.

- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with case management software is highly regarded.

- Education: Graduation from an accredited Law School.

- Licensure: Must be currently licensed to practice in Missouri.

- Collaboration: A strong team-oriented approach to work.
