Doctor of Medicine | Obstetrics and Gynecology Location: Fresno, CA Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position We are seeking a Locum OB/GYN Physician (Hospitalist) to provide coverage in Fresno, California. This opportunity offers flexible 12-hour and 24-hour shift options in a well-established hospital setting. Position Details: Shift Options: 7:00am – 7:00pm 7:00pm – 7:00am 7:00am – 7:00am (24-hour) 375-bed community hospital Approximately 20% Gynecology practice EPIC documentation system No trauma designation Scope of Practice Includes: Obstetrics Low and high-risk pregnancy management Fetal monitoring and HR interpretation (NST/CST/FSE) OB ultrasounds (Level I & II, interpretation and performance) Vaginal deliveries (routine and operative) C-sections and complicated deliveries (breech, multiples, abruptions) Gynecology Surgical gynecology (open and major procedures) Ectopic pregnancy management Oophorectomy, cystectomy Extensive lysis of adhesions This is an excellent opportunity to provide comprehensive OB/GYN hospitalist coverage in a collaborative and supportive clinical environment.
