Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, personalized care to clients in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitor and report any changes in clients' physical, emotional, or behavioral status to our clinical team

• Assist clients with medication management and administration, as needed

• Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients, including household chores and meal preparation

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with our clinical team

• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care coordination

• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with industry best practices and regulations

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 0 years of experience as a Caregiver or related field (training provided for new hires)

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care

• Ability to lift, stand, and walk for extended periods

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)
