Independent Community Support Worker- Urgently Hiring

Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking compassionate, dependable Independent Community Support Workers to provide individualized support to adults who need assistance living more independently. What You'll Do Support daily routines, organization, and independent living skills. Help individuals practice skills such as meal planning, shopping, budgeting, and household tasks. Encourage participation in community activities, appointments, and social opportunities. Promote choice, self-advocacy, and independence while respecting each person's preferences. Follow individualized service plans and document services, progress, and concerns. Communicate with your supervisor and care team to provide consistent support. Assist with personal care when included in the service plan and within your training. What We're Looking For A patient, respectful, and encouraging approach. Dependability, strong communication skills, and sound judgment. Ability to work independently and maintain professional boundaries. Reliable transportation to assigned locations. Willingness to complete required training and employment screenings. Experience in community support, habilitation, direct care, caregiving, or human services is helpful.
