Position Title: Excalibur Engineering Services Program Manager Location: Tucson, AZ (Onsite). Secret security clearance required (existing on Day1). U.S. citizenship is required. Job Overview Lead all aspects of program execution for the Excalibur Weapon System, focusing on obsolescence redesign and trade studies to support the program’s mission and technical objectives. Responsibilities Manage contractual, financial, technical, and schedule performance within contractual boundaries and company expectations. Support and drive AOP objectives and action plans. Develop partnerships with Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management, Logistics, Data Management (CDRL), and administrative functions. Serve as the primary capture/proposal manager for all Engineering Services efforts. Execute daily program management cadence (risk review boards, customer reviews, failure review boards, PMRs, staffing reviews, decision reviews) to achieve contract and financial commitments. Collaborate with Financial Planning to ensure top-level master phasing and integrated master schedules meet program strategies, objectives, and milestones. Lead the program risk and opportunity process in accordance with financial goals and obligations. Prepare, revise, update, and monitor documentation and analysis in compliance with contract requirements and the IPDS (gate reviews, GEM tool) and corporate/business‐level policies. Support domestic and international travel as required. Core Qualifications University degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 10 years relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 7 years experience. Experience balancing technical, cost, and schedule on a program. Experience leading cross‑functional teams (Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, Data Management, or administrative functions). Experience with proposal activities. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience supporting capture, development, production, or sustainment programs, preferably in aerospace and defense. Program Management Level5 certification or equivalent. Experience managing suppliers and interfacing with supplier SLT. Familiarity with U.S. Army customers (PMCAS, DEVCOM). Experience conducting international business and managing cross‑cultural communication. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $132,400 – $251,600 USD.
