SM3 Financial Material Program Manager

Job Overview Raytheon is seeking an experienced financial and supply chain professional for the Standard Missile 3 (SM-3) team to join the SM-3 IB program as a Financial Material Program Manager located onsite in Tucson, Arizona. Eligibility: U.S. citizenship required; must obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance. What You Will Do Act as the primary point of contact for Material Sales Forecasting, Prime PBP Forecasting, and Material EACs ensuring accurate tracking, forecasting, and reporting. Perform CAM duties, including cost and schedule management, variance analysis, and earned value management for assigned control accounts. Collaborate with program and customer leadership teams to brief on material status, financial performance, constraints, and risk mitigation or opportunity capture plans. Support the preparation and delivery of timely and compliant quarterly EACs, including risk and opportunity management. Facilitate supplier engagements and reviews to ensure both financial and performance objectives are achieved. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment of supply chain activities with financial and programmatic goals. Qualifications You Must Have University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience. Experience with financial reporting and forecasting. Experience with Supply Chain, Finance, and/or Procurement processes and requirements. Experience with Program Management, Material Program Management, Procurement, Contracts, Finance, Operations, and/or Strategic Sourcing. Qualifications We Prefer Procurement/supplier management experience. Familiarity with Material Sales Forecasting, EACs, and Prime PBP forecasting. Experience working in an Integrated Product Team (IPT) environment. Experience with CAM responsibility, including cost and schedule management, variance analysis, and earned value management for assigned control accounts.
