We’re looking for a precise Entry-Level Medical Indexing Clerk to join New Paradigm Staffing , assisting healthcare organizations in organizing patient information through correct indexing.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys structured, detail-heavy work and wants experience with EHR navigation. You’ll learn how to categorize documentation, apply indexing rules, verify data placement, and maintain accurate digital record structures — with full support from experienced indexing specialists.

- Assign documents to correct index categories
- Verify placement of files in patient charts
