Litigation Staff Trainee - Paralegal Pathway

A leading personal injury law firm is seeking a floater to train and support attorneys and case staff. This on-site role offers the chance to gain direct experience and prepares for a Litigation Paralegal position. Responsibilities include shadowing Litigation Paralegals, gathering case information, drafting legal documents, and preparing settlement correspondence. Candidates should have a high school diploma, 1-2 years experience in a support role, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
