Position Summary Analyze and resolve software and computer related problems for medical group providers and their staff. Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values. Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s Degree in Technology preferred or a minimum of 3 years technical experience. 3 years Information Services Help Desk experience preferred or equivalent experience. 2 years experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
