Sr. Financial Analyst (FP&A)

Senior Financial Analyst
Duties: As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will lead and oversee financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting activities, providing strategic insights and recommendations to support executive decision-making within an organization. Responsibilities include serving as an analytic resource for assigned systems, recommending improvements to current procedures, generating pricing and profitability reports, managing rate card updates, and providing operational support through advanced financial analysis and expertise.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Finance or Analytics OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Finance or Analytics. Ability to explain complex financial modeling analysis to a broad cross-functional audience, superior project management, organizational and time management skills.
Key Responsibilities: Financial Analysis & Performance Management, FP&A Reporting & Enablement, Operational & Strategic Support.
Skills: Preferred experience in financial services or a regulated business environment, business intelligence and data visualization experience, advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities, proven ability to independently manage complex analyses, ability to communicate financial insights clearly and persuasively.
